We didn't start Trichotomic because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because we couldn't stay silent anymore.

Between us, we've spent decades inside the dating industry. We've built the platforms. We've seen the boardroom decisions. We know exactly how companies choose profit over user protection, engagement over genuine connection, growth over safety.

We watched scammers exploit vulnerable people while companies looked the other way because moderation "costs too much." We saw fake profiles used to inflate metrics for investors. We witnessed dark patterns designed to trap users in subscriptions they didn't want.

We tried to change things from the inside. We advocated for better safety measures, fairer practices, more transparency. We were told it wasn't profitable.

So we left. And we decided to build what the industry should have been building all along.
